Minutes from December board meeting:
Present: Ron Cavellier, Jack Fitzpatrick, Bill Lampeter, Mithun Mukherjee, Morgan Smith, John Walsh
We have a quorum
November minutes approved as submitted
Treasurer’s report: Bill caught a double bill from the U of R and has correspondance to resolve this
Captain’s tournament: The board approves funds for tournament refreshments and clinic
Pro/Am: The date is scheduled, future meetings will kick off tournament tasks
Next meeting: 9 Jan. ’12 at 6:30, at GVC
