Minutes from 10 Nov. ’09 Board Meeting:
Present: Doug Bennett, Bridget Borsa, Jack Fitzpatrick, Patricia Helfer, Bill Lampeter, Mithun Mukherjee, Mark Raeside, Morgan Smith, John Walsh, Troy Zarcone

Minutes from Oct. ’09 approved as submitted, previous minutes approved with quorum in place.
Treasurers report approved as submitted.
Reimbursement approved to Jack for $202.65 for single dot balls.

U of R women’s club team has a roster and intercollegiate schedule.
The men’s team will play Princeton in Dec.

A poll will be taken of Division 1 players to test demand for 15 PAR scoring.
There is good feedback from the single dot balls.

George Armstrong tournament:
- 60% of last year’s turn out
- Next year we’ll use a more direct promotion with mailings/postings.

A change to our checking account to a no fee one was approved, Bill and Mark will sign.

Mithun described a potential Pro Squash tour (not PSA) with a fall 2010 goal. The first event occured in Natic Mass. and was successful. Send potential non-squash sponsors to Mithun.
