Minutes from Feb. board meeting.
Present: Doug Bennett, Jack Fitzpatrick, Bob Good, Hugh Higgins, Bill Lampeter, Mithun Mukherjee, Mark Raeside, Morgan Smith, Chris Thomas, Troy Zarcone

Minutes from 8 Jan. approved as submitted.

Treasurer’s report: approved as submitted. We are owed $750 from US squash.
Bill updated and organized the Pro Am donor list.

Membership: Hugh and Chris have worked to engage the U of R students. Last year there was an active box league, it hasn’t taken hold this year.

District US Squash meeting: Mark will foreward the minutes.

By laws: Updated copy signed by Mark Raeside (president), Jack Fitzpatrick (vice president), and Bill Lampeter (treasurer).

Pro Am: Mithun reports that 23 players have signed up thus far. Doreen has 19 billets to date.
The highest ranking player to date is 69, a US national team player is included.
Bob Good will solicit catering services for the food.
Fundraising: – appeal to members
- appeal by mail to previous donors (Troy)
- post donation forms in clubs
Amateur: First two rounds at Genesee Valley Club (2,3 April)
There will be 4 draws.
