Minutes from the November board meeting.
Present: Doug Bennett, Bob Good, Bill Lampeter, Mithun Mukherjee, Mark Raeside, Morgan Smith, Troy Zarcone

Treasurer’s report:
Bill presented current finances.

City League:
US Squash system membership issue appears resolved.
Those mentioning reporting problems are now ok.
The long term intention is to move the Box Leagues to the national system.
The issue of the City challenge ladder is being discussed:
- the function appears to be free to member clubs
- it’s not certain that Harrow and URZ are members

Junior Clinic:
Completed till fall of next year. Kate and Troy are planning to propose some ideas for more regular involvement.

Med. Center courts:
Shutdown could be delayed from original April/May ‘09 target.

Doug Blanding recognition:
Potentially at Pro/Am.

6 Feb ‘09 Trinity, 11 Dec. ‘08 Dartmouth.

Awards:
Peter Lyman, Wymuller to be decided before Pro/Am

Fundraising:
Initial planning document is up.
Looking for corporate sponsors.
