Minutes from the September meeting:

Present: Bridget Borsa, Jack Fitzpatrick, Bob Good, Hugh Higgins, Bill Lampeter, Mithun Mukherjee, Mark Raeside, Morgan Smith, Chris Thomas, Troy Zarcone

Treasurer’s Report: Bill Lampeter reported that he is re-establishing our not-for-profit status.
This is necessary to complete financing for the US National Juniors.

League Schedule: Teams due by 20 Sept.
Rail Station has been discontinued, a new tool is in development. We will run a parallel test with Boxleague as last year.
Chris Thomas and Chris Muir have taken custody of Doug Blanding’s Boxleague software.

Referee Clinic: Doug Bennet has planned the clinic for 14 Sept. at MidTown AC.

Junior Clinic: Troy Zarcone has organized this youth clinic, located at GVC.

Pro-Am: 2-5 April ‘09 is the tentative date.

U of R: Homecomming exhibition will be 17 Oct.
Big matches this year including Trinity at home 6 Feb. ‘09, schedule will be on line soon.

George Armstrong: tentatively 7-8 Nov.

Next meeting: 8 Oct.
