Minutes from September Board Meeting:

Present: Doug Bennett, Bridget Borsa, Jack Fitzpatrick, Bob Good, Martin Heath, Hugh Higgins, Bill Lampeter, Mithun Mukherjee, Mark Raeside, Morgan Smith, Amanda Smrcka, Troy Zarcone

U of R squash team exhibition:
Martin presented the plan for an exhibition to include the top 4 players from the team. The event will begin at 6:45 pm at the Goergen Courts on 20 Oct. ‘07
Parking will be challenging, please carpool, it will be homecoming weekend.
Patron packages will enable local players to have court time with players ranked 5 and up.
Other fund raising opportunities will be discussed.
There will be 6 home matches for the U of R team this season.

George Armstrong:
This classic tournament will take place 26-28 Oct. ‘07

Leagues:
League play will begin 2 Oct. ‘07.
Membership to be handled through the USSquash site, there is a link on our local site.

Youth Clinic:
Troy is leading this program located at GVC, coached by Kate Guyer and Eric Hernady.

Rochester/Buffalo event:
Mithun and Eric are discussing an informal series of games with Buffalo players. All skill levels are to participate. More information to follow.
