2007 RSRA Awards Presentation and Party

The Paddle Hut at Midtown Athletic Club was the venue once again for the 2007 RSRA awards presentation and party. The event this year was made extra special by the presence of Peter Lyman and Fred Weymuller.
Peter and Fred began by handing out prizes to the winter league winners for all three divisions.

This was followed by the presentation of the Weymuller Award for Most Outstanding Junior to Alden Irwin.

The final award of the night – the Peter Lyman Award for Sportsmanship was presented to Hugh Higgins.

After indulging in some delicious hors douevres and drinks, the crowd settled down to watch a screening of the Oscar nominated short film “Squash” by French director Lionel Bailliu.
A great time was had by all…so until next year!
