Minutes from the May board meeting, including the election of next year’s Board of Directors.

Present: Tim Broshears, Bob Gerace, Bob Good, Eric Hernady, Bill Lampeter, Mithun Mukherjee, Mark Raeside, Wendy Saetta, Amanda Smerca, Morgan Smith, Chris Thomas, Troy Zarcone

The following new board members were installed by vote:
Doug Bennett
Bill Lampeter
Wendy Saetta
Troy Zarcone

The new board officers were approved by vote:
President: Mithun Mukherjee
Vice President for League Operations: Mark Raeside
Treasurer: Bill Lampeter
Secretary: Morgan Smith

Tim Broshears will serve as past president.

A new meeting location will be selected, on 13 June we will meet at the Penfield Public Library.

Season Awards Ceremony:
This event will take place on 9 June at the Midtown Paddle Room.

Youth Clinic:
Bob Good and Mark Raeside have investigated various options for cost, location and instructors.
There will be additional discussion.

Survey results:
There were 26 respondants, the results were distributed for evaluation.
