Minutes from the November board meeting:

Present: Bridget Borsa, Tim Broshears, Andy Butler, Thomson Chew, Bob Gerace, Bob Good, Mithun Mukherjee, Mark Raeside, Morgan Smith, Chris Thomas

October Minutes: Approved as submitted

Treasurer’s Report: Approved as submitted

City League:
- The local box league software will be left in place this season, switching to Rail Station will be reviewed next summer.
- Prizes for league/playoff winners were discussed. A final decision will be made at the Dec. meeting.
- Rules have been updated, particularly regarding substitution, thanks Chris Thomas.

Rules Clinic:
Due to an influx of new players, a clinic to offer rules instruction may be offered. Membership will be surveyed to establish demand and format preferences.

Food: Bob Good
Finance: Bob Gerace
13 entrants thus far, 13 Dec. entry window closes.
The amature event will be sanctioned by USSRA at a cost of $45.
Proposed amateur cost: $10 members, $20 nonmember students, $40 nonmembers

Urban Squash:
Martin Heath is exploring a program to combine squash instruction, academic tutoring and mentoring to urban youth. Further discussion to follow.
