Present: Tim Broshears, Andy Butler, Bob Gerace, Bob Good, Hugh Higgins, Mithun Mukherjee, Chip Nimick, Mark Raeside, Morgan Smith, Chris Thomas

September Minutes: Approved as submitted

Treasurers Report: Approved as submitted.
Board approval was submitted electronically in Sept. for the Martin Heath exhibition at the Ward Reily tournament.

Pro/Am tournament:
Mithun and Hugh have negotiated access to the U of R courts for Thursday through Sunday for the Pro event.
The amateur semi and final will be at the U of R on Sat. and Sun. Preliminary amateur rounds will be negotiated with GVC for Thu. and Fri. The amateur tournament will be the City Championship for the season.

League rules:
To be discussed further at the Nov. meeting.
