Minutes from the May 2006 meeting.

Present: Bridget Borsa, Tim Broshears, Andy Butler, Bob Gerace, Bob Good, Allen Handelman, Eric Hernady, Chip Nimick, Mark Raeside, Morgan Smith, Amanda Smrcka.

March Minutes: Reviewed and approved as submitted.

April Minutes: Eric Hernady requests to be removed from the National Directors Office for next year.

Treasurer’s Report: Andy presented the latest cash flow and investment information. It was approved as submitted.

President’s Statement: Bob submitted a prepared statement available on the RSRA website.

Report from the nominating committee of proposed RSRA officers:
Four positions were presented:
Tim Broshears President
Mark Raeside Vice President
Treasurer Andy Butler
Secretary Morgan Smith
This slate was voted into office by those present. National Director and Juniors Director will be addressed at the next meeting.

National Director’s report: Eric reported on the USSRA national meeting.
Key goals for next year are:
- Website improvements
- Focus on Juniors
- Fundraising for US national teams
- National Urban Squash Initiative
- Hall of fame at Yale

New Business: Mark Raeside will head a committee to review and update the RSRA bylaws.
Topics for next meeting: Improvements for City League scoring/format will be discussed.
